AGA Monitor Program – Participation Terms
1. Medical Consultation & Photo Documentation
Participants may receive medical consultations during the program, including at the start and potentially at follow-up points.
Photos of the scalp may be requested at the beginning and end of the program, or monthly (at 1, 2, and 3 months) to monitor progress, depending on clinical needs.
2. Use of Photos and Personal Impressions for Promotion
Participants may be asked to share personal impressions of the treatment (e.g., how you feel it is working).
Photos and comments may be used for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, advertisements).
All materials will be edited or anonymized to prevent personal identification, and participants agree to waive any rights to the use of these materials.
3. Use of Medication for 3 Months
You are required to take the prescribed AGA medication continuously for 3 months.
If you stop the treatment prematurely or cannot follow the program instructions, you may be removed from the program and become ineligible for any monitor benefits.
4. Possible Side Effects
The medication may cause side effects such as headaches, initial hair shedding, etc.
In case of adverse reactions, we may ask you to withdraw from the program for your safety.
5. Privacy and Data Handling
All personal data, photos, and comments will be securely handled and used only after anonymization.
They may be published on our website, social media, or other promotional platforms for educational or marketing purposes.
6. Monthly Check-Ins
You may be asked to complete short monthly check-ins or feedback forms regarding your condition and medication usage.
7. Eligibility and Selection
Participants must be 20 years or older, and must not have a known history of serious adverse reactions to AGA medications.
Only a limited number of suitable applicants will be selected. Submitting this form does not guarantee participation. Final selection is based on medical suitability and program availability.
